OUR CHEMISTRY

Our chemicals are scientifically engineered to produce the best shine on the market  - our “secret weapon” is Blair Ceramics. They were the FIRST to bring ceramics to our industry and are now the FIRST to introduce graphene. They are the BEST innovators of carwash chemicals and you, the customer, deserve the BEST.

SAFETY

Our priority is always the safety of our employees, you, and your vehicle. Always someone on site to help and ensure the safety of our customers. We work hard to ensure all of our staff are trained in preventative measures (ensuring truck beds are empty, wash walkthrough, etc.) and remain diligent to provide the safest wash possible

  • A Wash Club membership is a monthly subscription that allows you to wash daily. We assign you a windshield sticker and your card on file will be automatically billed each month, on the same date as your initial sign up!

  • Once a day, every day! We are open 7 days a week except for major holidays, inclement weather, and the occasional emergency repair.

  • Members can use both lanes! Just drive up to either side and you’ll be automatically let through.

  • If the gate arm on the other lane is open, it must close before it’ll open on your side. It is set up this way so that washes stay in the correct order. If both gates are closed and there is no attendant currently by the machine, please honk your horn and someone will be there shortly to assist.

  • The card on file will be charged on the same day of the month as you initial signup. If the account ever goes inactive and has to be reactivated, the date of reactivation will be the new renewal date. If you sign up on the 31st (or 29th or 30th) please note that since not every month has the same number of days, the charge date may sometimes either be a day earlier or later than usual.

  • Please email getwetcarwash@yahoo.com stating that you wish to cancel with the name on the account, phone number, and the last four digits on the barcode. You can also stop by the wash and fill out a cancellation form

  • Please take a photo of the barcode on your old vehicle if at all possible and let an attendant know that you need a replacement sticker.

  • How do I add a vehicle?

    Sign up additional vehicles on the “CLEAN” or “SHINE” plan here. If you already have a vehicle on the “SHINE & PROTECT” plan and are looking to add more, please visit us in person so that we can assure that you receive the Family Plan discount.

  • Please select the option for automatic receipts here. If you need receipts from previous months or have any issues, just email getwetwetcarwash@yahoo.com and we’ll assist you ASAP.

  • You can change your plan here or ask an attendant for assistance.

  • You can either manage your account here or stop by the wash and let an attendant know that you need to update your card on file.

  • You can manage your account here if you wish to reactivate before arriving at the wash. You can also have your card ready when pulling up to our pay machines and insert when prompted or let an attendant know that you need to reactivate.
